Terms & Conditions
Full days are usually up to a maximum of 8 hours.
Half days are up to 4 hours.
Morning tours must finish by 13.00.
Afternoon tours do not start earlier than 13.30.
Fees for private tours are negotiated on a case-by-case basis upon consultation with the client. The cost for public tours is clearly advertised.
Full payment is due in advance of the day of the tour.
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via either direct bank transfer, or by credit card through Square Up (which incurs a 3% admin fee)
Refunds & Cancellations
More than 14 days: 100% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
8-14 days: 50% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
4-7 days: 25% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
Less than 4 days: No refund
Through my membership of the guiding bodies, I am covered by insurance for the duration of the tour.
However, clients are strongly advised to secure their own personal travel insurance.
The UK government has confirmed that we are allowed to conduct tours in person, providing that a risk assessment has been completed.

Recipients of the London Lowdown weekly email blast sign up knowingly, with a double opt in system online, or via voluntarily giving their email after a walking tour. This email blast is operated by Mailerlite.
All personal data is protected and stored exclusively for the London Lockdown. During the Covid-19 pandemic, your details will also be stored for 4 weeks to adhere to the government's track and trace policy.
Your personal data will never be shared with any third parties.
