Glorious Greenwich - Where Time Begins

Heave ho, me hearties. The naval area of London is home to centuries of seafaring and the gateway to adventure on the high seas. Some of the most exquisite buildings sit alongside the famed meridian line, and the place oozes with history.

We take a wander around the impressive grounds of the Royal Naval College, and marvel at the ceiling of the painted hall. We straddle time zones and meet sailors who travelled the globe. We find out why the one-legged took on the one-armed, how a dog could tell time, and why a much beloved sea captain paved the way for the development of time zones around the world.
